What we collect

When you contact us — through the booking calendar, the chatbot, or email — we collect:

• Identity — your name and email address.
• Operational context — anything you tell us about your business, your operation, and what's going wrong.
• Calendar and meeting details — handled by our booking provider (Cal.com) under their own privacy terms.

If you become a client, we also process operational data necessary to do the work — workflows, tool access tokens, sample records, and other business artifacts as scoped in your engagement agreement.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and run discovery calls.
• To deliver the engagement you've contracted for.
• To send infrequent, plain-text updates about your engagement (you can opt out anytime).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train foundation models — ours, or anyone else's. Your data trains your agent. Nothing else.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal technical cookies required for the booking calendar and theme preference (light/dark) to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we ever add lightweight analytics (such as Plausible or Fathom), we'll update this page and continue to avoid trackers that build cross-site profiles.

Third parties we use

• Cal.com — discovery call booking.
• Anthropic — powers the Qlaus advisor chat. Conversation content is processed under Anthropic's enterprise terms and not used for model training.
• Google Fonts — typography delivery (IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono).
• Email and infrastructure providers — for hosting, email, and standard business operations.

Each of these has their own privacy practices. We don't share your data with them beyond what's needed to deliver the service in question.

Retention

Inquiry data (booking records, email exchanges) is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by professional and legal record-keeping standards (typically 7 years for business records). Anything you provide that isn't needed for those purposes is deleted on request.

Your rights

• Ask us what we have on you. We'll tell you, in plain English.
• Ask us to delete what we have. We'll do it, except where law requires retention.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Opt out of any communications.

Children

Aasani is a B2B service. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the "last updated" date above and notify active clients directly. The current version always lives at this URL.
